Job Description
Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Talent Manager/Jr. Talent Manager to manage a roster of creators. The ideal candidate should have experience in creator economy, digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
The Talent Manager will be responsible for building and managing a roster of talent, identifying and unlocking opportunities for revenue growth, and managing brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a roster of talent, with strategic plans for career growth.
- Collaborate with publicists, model bookers, and commercial team members.
- Lead and manage brand partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
- Project manage brand campaigns.
- Cultivate new brand relationships, leveraging key industry relationships.
- Support talent in expanding their off-platform presence.
- Plan and execute events and develop case studies.
Requirements:
- Commercial acumen and a creative mindset.
- Proven record of generating new business and signing/retaining talent clients.
- Fluent understanding of marketing with experience in digital advertising and/or PR.
- Demonstrated pre-existing relationships with influencers.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of usual hours.
- Great interpersonal skills.
