MOOVX, an agile and innovative company specializing in software and talent solutions, is seeking a Sr. IT Recruiter to join their LATAM team. This role involves managing the full recruiting cycle, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full recruiting cycle, from job postings to client delivery.
  • Searching databases and alternative sources for qualified candidates.
  • Reviewing CVs, screening candidates, and assembling resumes.
  • Following up with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborating on actions to ensure development, motivation, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, GitHub).
  • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse or similar.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Resilience and ability to handle market/client changes.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Full-time availability.
