MOOVX, an agile and innovative company specializing in software and talent solutions, is seeking a Sr. IT Recruiter to join their LATAM team. This role involves managing the full recruiting cycle, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruiting cycle, from job postings to client delivery.
- Searching databases and alternative sources for qualified candidates.
- Reviewing CVs, screening candidates, and assembling resumes.
- Following up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Collaborating on actions to ensure development, motivation, and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Experience with ATS like Greenhouse or similar.
- Fluency in English.
- Resilience and ability to handle market/client changes.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Full-time availability.
