Point72 is seeking a highly proficient and proactive Compliance Officer to join their team based in Hong Kong, focusing on the Asia-Pacific business. This role is within an industry-leading compliance department that supports global investment and trading activities.He/She will be responsible for:
- Tracking regulatory changes and assessing their impact.
- Addressing situations involving material, non-public information.
- Overseeing third-party events and ensuring compliance.
- Reviewing and drafting compliance documentation.
- Assisting with the Hong Kong compliance framework.
- Providing regulatory and policy advice.
- Delivering compliance training.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- A university degree in law, finance, or a related field.
- At least eight years of compliance experience in a relevant environment.
- Knowledge of securities industry operations and Hong Kong/China securities laws.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
