6sense is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Bengaluru. The Technical Support Specialist will analyze, track, and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture, technical components, and application functionality.

The role involves:

  • Analyzing, tracking, and resolving client issues.
  • Analyzing data using SQL / spreadsheets, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Identifying alternate solutions and communicating them to customers.
  • Creating training materials pertaining to product troubleshooting and usage.
  • Setting up and documenting troubleshooting procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-8 years of customer support experience for software applications.
  • 3+ Years Knowledge of and experience with SQL.
  • Experience with MAP and CRM-Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to describe technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently.
