Job Description
6sense is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring timely delivery of scalable solutions. The Engineering Manager will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Architect and manage robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on system architecture, cloud services, and tools selection.

Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in MLOps, including model lifecycle management and automating ML pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
  • Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows, big data technologies, and databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
