Job Description

The Campaign Operations Specialist role at 6sense is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer interactions, and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues in ABM campaigns.
  • Participating in customer calls and addressing concerns.
  • Overseeing revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Managing resources and inventory for campaigns.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Managing operations during various shifts and ensuring smooth execution across time zones and regions.
  • Generating reports on campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign success.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, social and email campaign operations, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • BE/BTech/BS or equivalent technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital, social advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in revenue and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
