6sense is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join their Knowledge Management team. This role is crucial for creating, editing, and publishing knowledge base articles and API documentation. The Senior Technical Writer ensures the support content is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for both customers and internal teams.

The position involves:

• Acting as a role model for other technical writers.
• Creating API documentation.
• Run-testing API commands and performing independent troubleshooting.
• Writing clear, concise knowledge base articles.
• Reviewing and editing draft articles.
• Publishing articles to the knowledge base.
• Auditing and updating existing articles.
• Collaborating with customer support and technical teams.
• Analyzing content performance metrics.
• Managing content workflows and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on knowledge base content or software documentation.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems.
• Understanding of best practices for writing API documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with technical concepts,
