Job Description
Roofstock is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate the growth of its retail business by identifying and securing strategic partnerships with service providers across the real estate ownership lifecycle. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and deal-making expertise to form relationships with key partners that will drive new customer acquisition and enhance product offerings.
Role involves:
- Identifying and evaluating strategic distribution partnership opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
- Negotiating, structuring, and executing partnership agreements.
- Collaborating with the Product team for key product initiatives.
- Driving cross-functional alignment between teams.
- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Presenting partnership opportunities and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in real estate technology and fintech.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or distribution roles.
- Deep expertise in the real estate and prop-tech industries.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on high-value partnership opportunities.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
