Job Description

• Acting as the subject matter authority on EPD recruiting.
• Fostering a high-performance culture within the recruiting team.
• Driving structure and consistency across the hiring process.
• Identifying exceptional, mission-aligned candidates.
• Empowering the team to think beyond traditional hiring methods.
• Setting a high bar for execution and coaching the team.
• Championing candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Cultivating meaningful partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders.

• Deep experience hiring across Engineering, Product, and/or Design.
• Experience building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• Experience building or evolving recruiting programs and processes.
• Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams.
• Ability to take ownership and move fast.
• Knowledge of how to craft standout candidate experiences.
• Data literacy and ability to use data to guide strategy.
• Must be within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York City hubs.
