Job Description
Point72 is seeking a Credit Research Analyst to join its discretionary macro team focused on liquid credit. The analyst will conduct rigorous fundamental bottom-up credit research to identify attractive long/short investment opportunities. They will be responsible for credit analysis, financial modeling, and documentation reviews across Distressed, High Yield, and High Grade credit markets.
The Credit Research Analyst will analyze businesses and capital structures, synthesize market information to develop thematic trade ideas, and monitor existing positions. This includes engaging with sell-side research, syndicate, company management, and ratings agencies to develop informed views on issuers.
