It includes training sessions focused on Excel, writing, and presentation skills, along with networking opportunities and mentoring by Finance professionals. What the role involves:
- Gaining exposure to multiple departments within Finance
- Participating in training sessions to develop Excel, writing, and presentation skills
- Networking with groups across the firm
- Being mentored by Finance professionals
- Attending speaker series with management level employees
- A bachelor’s degree (or expected completion in 2026) in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Keen attention to detail

- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and technical skills
