Job Description
HealthJoy is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive sales growth within the mid-market sector (100+ employee lives) in the Dallas, TX area. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue generation within their assigned region.This position involves:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employee benefits brokers.
  • Generating revenue for the assigned region.
  • Meeting or exceeding quota and activity metrics.
  • Using Salesforce to track opportunities and activities.
HealthJoy requires candidates to have:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales position, preferably selling into benefit broker partners.
  • Proven success in broker channel sales, particularly in employee benefit solutions.
  • Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a willingness to learn about the healthcare and benefits industries.
