Point72 is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted business partner and advisor, committed to driving a distinctive culture within Point72. This role involves solving complex challenges and driving innovation to address human capital priorities.

The HR Business Partner will think strategically while working on key initiatives and projects, partnering closely with HR team members in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, culture, diversity, and leadership development.

The HR Business Partner will be a true partner to Point72's businesses in a fast-paced environment.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and executing commercial people strategies with client groups, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Focusing on performance management by providing advice and guidance on leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and employee separations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to establish an effective partnership.
  • Using data to identify trends, determine root causes, and inform decision-making.
  • Partnering with the broader HR team, including Compensation, Benefits, and Legal.
  • Executing talent management strategies in partnership with the firm’s recruiting teams.
  • Leading the firm’s reward philosophy through proactive consultation and partnership with the Compensation team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgment and experience assessing risk.
  • Demonstrated project and change management experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence.
  • Ability to work and partner effectively across multiple geographies.
  • Experience with HR reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
