Investor Relations Operations Associate

Job Description

Point72 is seeking an Investor Relations Operations Associate to join their IR Operations Team. This team supports the firm’s capital management plan by facilitating new investor on-boarding and responding to investor service requirements. The role involves collaborating with various teams across the firm, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Communications, and Compliance.

The Investor Relations Operations Associate will be based in Stamford, with flexibility to work from the New York office.

Responsibilities involve:

• Processing high-volume investor transactions.
• Working with the firm’s administrator on operational processes.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on Point72 fund documents.
• Supporting the Head of IR Operations on deliverables and projects.
• Supporting the Capital Development team globally.
• Managing the Employee Investment Program.
• Contributing to the Operational Due Diligence process.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations operations or investor services.
• Direct experience with subscription and redemption document review.
• General knowledge of Blue Sky, IPOs, Form PF, AML/KYC, ERISA, FATCA/CRS.
• Process-oriented mindset and adaptability to change.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Previous experience with Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player mentality with a focus on team goals.
