Point72 is seeking an experienced financial professional to develop aspiring investment analysts in the Point72 Academy program. As the Academy International Manager, the individual will advance the training of European, UK, and Asia-based Academy Associates through customized learning solutions. The role involves shaping the program's curriculum, conducting research, analyzing data, coordinating training sessions, and running events.
  • Train and mentor analysts on financial modeling
  • Develop and deliver compliance approved content (in-person and virtual)
  • Conduct company research to prepare compliant content for training sessions
  • Provide academic guidance and training to Academy analysts
  • Collaborate on curriculum planning and execution
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts
  • Partner with Compliance
  • 10+ years of capital markets and/or learning and development experience
  • Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
  • English and Chinese language fluency, Japanese a plus
  • Passion for equity markets, investing, and developing others
