2025 ML/AI Engineer Internship – Long/Short Equities

Job Description

Point72 is offering a ML/AI Engineer Internship in London. This internship provides exposure to various activities within long/short equities strategy. The intern will work alongside a portfolio manager and team of analysts to explore and implement AI and machine learning applications, develop quantitative insights, create tools and infrastructure, and integrate and process Compliance-approved data.Role Involves:

• Working with a portfolio manager to implement AI and ML applications.
• Developing quantitative insights.
• Creating tools and infrastructure for quantitative efforts.
• Integrating and processing data.

Requirements:

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Expected graduation date of Autumn/Fall 2025 or later.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark, etc.).
• Interest in Generative AI technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards.
