Principal Product Manager - Conversational AI

Job Description

Interface.ai is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its Conversational AI products. This role involves aligning product initiatives with business goals and market needs within the financial services sector. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products from concept to delivery, managing the entire product lifecycle while addressing the unique needs of financial institutions.Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy for Conversational AI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product initiatives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and gather user insights.
• Innovate with AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Technical background with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs.
• Experience creating and executing a product vision and strategy.
