Job Description
Interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Manager (Hunter). This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic partner channels, including fintech integrations, resell partnerships, and co-sell motions. The ideal candidate will build and scale new business, targeting $1M+ revenue in Year 1.This role involves:
  • Owning and driving $1M+ in revenue through co-sell and reseller partnerships.
  • Identifying, developing, and executing go-to-market strategies with channel partners.
  • Activating and scaling new partnership programs with key fintech players.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its strategic partners.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression.
  • Representing interface.ai at banking conferences and industry events.
  • Maintaining and reporting on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce.
  • Contributing to partner negotiations and deal structuring.
Requirements include:
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or fintech partnerships.
  • Proven success in generating revenue through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem.
  • Experience launching and managing co-sell and reseller programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity.
