The PM Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to portfolio managers and research analysts, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.
The Role Involves:
- Providing administrative support for investment professionals.
- Managing calendars, conference calls, and meetings.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Creating and processing expense reports.
- Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
- Engaging with external parties to arrange events and meetings.
- Partnering with investment teams to alleviate workload.
- Performing personal assistant functions, if required.
- Following internal policies and compliance approvals.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative or executive assistance experience in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
