CFO at AstroPay

AstroPay is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strategically oversee and manage all financial aspects of its global operations. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations, managing financial risks, and supporting global expansion strategies.Role involves:

• Driving financial strategy formulation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA, CFA, ACA, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial leadership, with at least 7 years in senior finance roles within fintech, digital payments, or financial services companies.
• Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems, digital wallets, foreign exchange dynamics, and international regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record managing fundraising initiatives, strategic financial planning, and global risk management.
