Brinqa, a leading provider of unified cyber risk management and security analytics, seeks a Product Support Engineer to join its customer support team. This role involves delivering quality resolutions to customers, owning technical concerns regarding deployments, and providing troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work directly with customers to address technical concerns.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Prioritize and resolve escalated cases with urgency.
  • Write or rewrite groovy/core java based scripts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and case hygiene.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 4+ years of experience with Java, security, and networking.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line.
  • 3+ years of technical understanding of databases (SQL or Neo4j).
  • Basic understanding of 3-tier architecture.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
