Job Description

Brinqa is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join its customer support team. The ideal candidate will deliver quality resolutions to customers, owning all technical concerns regarding their deployments. This role involves providing experienced support and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues and proactively address challenges impacting the adoption of Brinqa products.

The Product Support Engineer will work directly with customers, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and professionalism in resolving issues. They will perform in-depth troubleshooting, become familiar with customer environments, and provide root cause analysis reports. The role requires a creative, curious technologist and problem solver with the ability to multitask and prioritize a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve technical issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Write or rewrite groovy/core java based scripts per customer requirements.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and case hygiene.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Java, Security, and networking.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line.
  • 3+ years of technical understanding of databases (SQL or Neo4j).
  • Basic understanding of 3-tier architecture.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
