Site Reliability Engineer at Bondora

Bondora is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team and contribute to their mission of empowering people to enjoy life more while alleviating financial stress. Founded in 2008, Bondora has served over 1 million customers and is poised for further growth with a banking license acquisition and expansion of its loan product footprint.

The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing Bondora's software development and deployment processes, enhancing cloud-based infrastructure solutions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational efficiency within the engineering teams. This role leverages cloud-native principles, particularly in Azure, to architect and maintain a robust infrastructure for Bondora's financial technology services.

What this role involves:

• Streamlining software development and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as an infra/DevOps/cloud engineer or SRE.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Good knowledge of IaaC and its tooling (i.e., Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, CI/CD tools, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and network issues.
• Knowledge about RabbitMQ, MSMQ, MSSQL, and MySQL is a strong plus.
