Product Strategist

Job Description

Point72 is seeking a Product Strategist to join its Office of the CIO. The role will support the success and development of investment professionals and advance available tools and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary resource for portfolio managers refining team infrastructure.
• Gather feedback on products and future directions.
• Collaborate with senior management to inform the product roadmap.
• Coordinate the development of new capabilities.
• Oversee progress towards quarterly milestones.
• Guide business analysts on strategic objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Summarize complex issues with clear communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, finance, or technology.
• Proven track record of partnering with end users.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in guiding data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of core finance and investing concepts.
