Job Description
Flo, a leading health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their User Acquisition team. This role involves managing mobile app UA campaigns and optimizing performance across various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including budget allocation and creative asset management.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for KPIs.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization, including privacy, AdTech, finances, product, analytics, and creative studio.
  • Communicate with external partners such as MMPs, AdNetworks, and freelancers.
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest AdNetworks trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and test new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in mobile app UA channels.
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels and tools.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaign management.
  • Experience in working with marketing APIs and with automation tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of principles of GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to craft engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
