Verkada is seeking a People Partner to join their People team. The People Partner will support a business group, helping them scale all people-related aspects. This role requires a passion for maximizing employee experience and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities daily.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve People objectives.
- Implement strategic programs to help the department scale and meet business goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Advise managers on complex HR matters and employee relations issues.
- Coach managers to improve performance management and employee engagement.
- Drive cross-company programs to benefit all employees.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree (MBA or Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HR/People Business Partner roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align People initiatives with business objectives.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
