Verkada is seeking a People Partner to join their People team. The People Partner will support a business group, helping them scale all people-related aspects. This role requires a passion for maximizing employee experience and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve People objectives.
  • Implement strategic programs to help the department scale and meet business goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Advise managers on complex HR matters and employee relations issues.
  • Coach managers to improve performance management and employee engagement.
  • Drive cross-company programs to benefit all employees.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree (MBA or Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in HR/People Business Partner roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align People initiatives with business objectives.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
