Job Description
Appspace is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist. In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating and managing engaging learning experiences to empower customers. The Customer Enablement Specialist will develop educational resources, design learning journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will report to the Director of Platform Implementation and Proficiency within the Implementation and Learning team.
The Customer Enablement Specialist will:
- Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and learning paths.
- Apply instructional design principles to create resources.
- Contribute to in-app guides to enhance user experience.
- Work cross-functionally to align educational initiatives.
- Track content usage and gather feedback.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to design internal training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related.
- 3+ years in customer enablement, instructional design, or related in SaaS.
- Experience creating learning content.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to create learning journeys.
- Strong collaboration skills.
