Technical Project Manager at Appspace

Appspace is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of assigned projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality execution from concept to implementation, closely monitoring software design, architecture, and integration points to align with project goals. The role involves managing work streams, following up on issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deliverable expectations.

• Managing multiple work streams and delivering results in a timely manner
• Identifying and communicating critical paths
• Ensuring efficient skill utilization and timely completion
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building schedules
• Analyzing completed project phases for improvements
• Upskilling and mentoring team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a technical team and managing software development
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, CAPM) is an added advantage
• Experience with JIRA and report extraction
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
