Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to join their Connectivity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building software and firmware for devices, owning the full engineering cycle from scoping to launch. They will work with product management and cross-functional teams to build and ship features. Role involves:

• Building software and firmware for devices.
• Owning the full engineering cycle.
• Working with product management and cross-functional teams.
• Mentoring other engineers.
• Contributing to backend services.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in an embedded engineering role.
• Proficiency in C, C++ or Go.
• Experience owning SW features or projects end to end.
