Job Description
Point72 is offering a 12-week Operations Internship in their Warsaw office. This internship provides a valuable, hands-on experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career at an investment firm. The intern will gain exposure to multiple functions within Trade Support and PnL Reconciliation teams. They will experience the fast-paced hedge fund world and learn industry best practices from finance professionals.- Working within Trade Support and P&L Reconciliation teams

What's required:
- A bachelor’s degree (or expected completion in 2026)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
