Nightfall AI, a company focused on data leak prevention, is seeking a Partnership Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse range of partners, including ISVs, channel, and product partners. This role involves working closely with the CEO and the Sales organization to establish partnerships that extend Nightfall's go-to-market strategy.

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for executing partner programs, developing partnership plans, serving as the main point of contact for partners, and assisting in the creation of support materials. They will also work with sales and customer success teams to identify solution areas, communicate market opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage regional, national, and global reseller partners.
  • Inform and execute Nightfall's go-to-market and enablement partner programs.
  • Develop specific partnership plans.
  • Be the primary point of contact for partners.
  • Assist in the development of required support materials.
  • Work with sales teams to implement co-selling campaigns.
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities and partner feedback.
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
  • Represent Nightfall externally.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in channel partnerships, sales, marketing, and/or business development.
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in SaaS cybersecurity.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and inform strategy.
  • Track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Strong product sensibility.
  • Executive presence.
  • Experience operating within cross-functional teams.
  • Previous direct sales or services sales experience at an Enterprise SaaS company preferred.
