Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Manager of Marketing Data Science to collaborate with Media Activations, Product Marketing, Web, and Data Science teams. In this role, the individual will define business impact, build capabilities, and analyze data to shape future business growth. They will also serve as a key client contact for the media agency of record, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
What this role involves:
- Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for marketing analytics.
- Defining and implementing clear goals for marketing attribution and ROI analysis.
- Analyzing complex marketing datasets to deliver actionable insights.
- Designing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive measurement plans.
- Providing thought leadership on marketplace trends and media innovations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing analytics at a media agency or client side/industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Looker).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
