Point72 is offering an Operations Internship in Hong Kong. This internship provides valuable, hands-on experience within the Operations team, which supports trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting for the firm globally. The intern will work directly with traders and counterparties, and supporting credit and treasury functions.
    Role Involves:
  • Working with traders on trade bookings, trade verification, corporate actions, and PnL
  • Working with portfolio managers, traders, and external counterparties to resolve issues.
  • Reviewing processes in Asian and European corporate actions.
  • Setting up new securities for various asset types and reconciling Asian trades.
  • Monitoring and reducing foreign currency exposure.
    Requirements:
  • A completed bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and Summer 2026.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0.
  • Prior internship experience in a financial institution or hedge fund is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
