XTX Markets is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Manager for a fixed-term position at their UK HQ in London. This role involves managing a world-class office environment, ensuring its smooth operation and aesthetic appeal. The Workplace & Facilities Manager will report to and work closely with the COO.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of the FOH/administration team.
- Facilities management, maintaining the office to a high standard.
- Contractor & vendor management, negotiating contracts and performance reviews.
- Building management, working with the building management team for access and permits.
- Office management, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Health & safety, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Budget control and expense reconciliation.
- Insurance renewals support.
- General administration, coordinating clinics and onboarding new starters.
- Global offices – working closely with the global office managers to ensure there is a uniformed approach.
- Providing office management support to the Paris and Bristol offices.
- Ad-hoc projects in liaison with the COO.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a high-class office environment.
- Effective budget management and a network of trusted suppliers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and personal resilience.
- Humility and willingness to solve any issues.
- Highly organised and structured with a project management approach.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High IT literacy and proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification is highly beneficial.
