TransferGo is seeking an energetic and analytical FP&A Reporting Specialist to join their team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data, creating models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
    Role involves:
  • Regular financial and operational forecasting
  • Testing assumptions with department leaders
  • Creating and maintaining company budgets
  • Challenge costs and identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies
  • Supporting strategic planning and capital planning
  • Building and running numerous financial models
  • Identify and optimise small and medium processes
  • Monthly executive and board reporting
  • Preparing external facing investor materials
  • Analysing investment opportunities
  • Assisting in capital raising and M&A
  • Market research and opportunity screening
  • Finding new ways to automate existing processes
  • Building relationships and collaborating with business leaders
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders
    Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking, communication skills and problem solving
  • Great report writing and slide presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Willingness to challenge team members and stakeholders
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to proactively anticipate, prevent and/or resolve potential issues
  • Qualification in a technical field
  • Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
