TransferGo is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This role offers the opportunity to shape the way money moves across the globe, focusing on user onboarding and the SME side of the business. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and fellow Designers, to craft user journeys that drive business outcomes and customer value.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile
- Translating product requirements into clear UX/UI solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and define user needs
- Using research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions
- Contributing to the design system and ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Participating in design critiques and fostering a culture of feedback
- Understanding user needs and advocating for them in design conversations
Requirements include:
- 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Solid interaction and visual design skills
- Fluency with modern design tools (like Figma)
- Ability to build and organise design artefacts
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to understand user needs
- Fluent English language skills
