ESS Line Lead

Job Description

Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL, and is seeking an ESS Line Lead. The Line Lead will oversee the production line and hourly associates, ensuring a smooth production schedule and training new employees. This role involves daily reporting of line and associate status to the Production Supervisor and adherence to all safety regulations.

What the role involves:

• Ensuring smooth running of the production line.
• Ensuring hourly associates are following safe and efficient processes.
• Daily reporting of production metrics to Production Supervisor.
• Training new hires in production processes.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills are required
• Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices, especially in a manufacturing setting.

What Gotion Inc. offers:

• The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $22/hr.-26/hr.
• Eligibility for bonus and benefits.
