Pack Line Lead

Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and is seeking a Pack Line Lead. The Pack Line Lead will oversee the production line and hourly associates, ensuring a smooth production schedule and training new employees. They will also report daily line and associate status to the Production Supervisor and ensure all safety regulations are followed.

What the role involves:

• Ensuring smooth running of the production line.
• Ensuring hourly associates are following safe and efficient processes.
• Daily reporting of production metrics to Production Supervisor.
• Training new hires in production processes.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed.

What you'll bring:

• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills are required.
• Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices, especially in a manufacturing setting.
