AB InBev's DTC Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst. He will be responsible for meeting the needs of key stakeholders by providing and maintaining KPIs through dashboards and analyses. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver data-driven decision-making dashboards. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, product, and engineering.
What this role involves:
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of dashboards and KPIs creation.
Analyzing data to identify the best approach for building dashboards and defining relevant KPIs.
Designing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Leading projects and driving the strategic vision of the analytics team.
Mentoring and guiding junior analysts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field.
Strong experience in analytics, with a focus on dashboard creation and KPI development.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or others.
Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design (desired).
