Planner at THE ICONIC

THE ICONIC is seeking a dynamic and data-oriented Planner to join its menswear team. This role involves collaborating with Buying counterparts to optimize in-season trading and identify growth opportunities through strategic planning. The Planner will work closely with finance, operations, and tech teams to streamline processes and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Communicates confidently with senior management
• Manages the BUB process collaboratively with Buying
• Manages a WSSI
• Reviews in season and post season performance
• Mitigates risk by identifying problem areas
• Develops a mid to long term strategic view to drive growth and profit
• Monitors all department and implements plans

Requirements:
