OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Digital Producer to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Digital Producer will oversee the costing, pre-production, production, and post-production for still and moving image shoot production jobs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting agency and client requirements. They will collaborate with clients and internal teams to schedule projects and resources, and source appropriate production partners.

The role involves:

  • Ensuring creative integrity throughout production and post-production.
  • Sourcing directors, crew, and cast.
  • Managing productions from brief to delivery.
  • Working with clients to define scope, estimates, and schedules.
  • Scheduling internal resources.
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Developing and monitoring budgets.
  • Supervising production and post-production.
  • Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calculating budgets for each project.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency.
  • Knowledge of print, digital, and film production.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current social trends and new media.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Initiative and proactive approach.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience with global FMCG brands.
  • Interest in AI technologies.
