The Procurement Manager role at ALU Rwanda involves strategizing and executing procurement activities. - Developing strategic procurement approaches for cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Experience in designing and implementing procurement policies.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement principles and software.
