The African Leadership University (ALU) seeks a Senior Associate for the Entrepreneurial Leaders’ Action Lab (E-LAB) program. The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating E-LAB classes, coaching students, and supporting the program's overall implementation. They will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, coordinating events, managing social media platforms, and ensuring high program adoption and completion rates among students.

Role Involves:
  • Partnering with stakeholders to integrate entrepreneurial teachings.
  • Facilitating E-LAB classes and providing support to students.
  • Supporting in revamping and redesigning the E-Lab program.
  • Coaching students on entrepreneurship.
  • Coordinating events and managing E-Lab's social media.

Requirements:
  • Masters in relevant fields.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops or programs.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring ventures.
  • Previous experience in managing programs and events.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
