Job Description

Blockchain.com, a leading software platform for digital assets, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in London. The role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Head of FP&A will deliver insightful financial analysis and ensure alignment between financial performance and business objectives.

The role involves:

• Leading annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models.
• Conducting cohort analysis.
• Analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights.
• Preparing financial reports for stakeholders.
• Supporting pricing strategies and unit economics evaluation.
• Partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights.
• Conducting scenario analysis.
• Supporting M&A activities.
• Establishing KPIs and dashboards.
• Optimizing internal financial reporting.
• Providing variance analysis.
• Leading and mentoring the FP&A team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience in entity-level forecasting and cohort analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
