Job Description
Reltio is seeking a Finance Manager to support the company's growth within its Go-to-Market organization. This role involves partnering with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, to align financial goals with business strategies.The Finance Manager will report to the Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for developing strategic plans, annual budgets, and operational analyses. They will prepare financial reporting packages, conduct P&L reviews, and maintain rolling quarterly and annual forecasts. The successful candidate will also analyze Salesforce.com data to provide strategic insights and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.Responsibilities:
  • Develop partnerships with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Partnerships/Alliances, Marketing and Professional Services leadership.
  • Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and operational analysis.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages.
  • Maintain rolling quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to design and model the financial impact of sales compensation plans.
  • Analyze Salesforce.com data to provide strategic insights.
  • Identify, establish and quantify KPIs.
  • Contribute to key finance projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in SaaS businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or a related field.
  • Experience influencing and guiding business decision-making.
  • Advanced analytical skills with financial modeling experience.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
