Collectors is seeking a General Manager for PCGS China, based in Shanghai. - Representing strategic relationships.
- Establishing and cultivating customer relationships in Asia.
- Overseeing a team of leaders.
- Participating in product road map discussions.
- Leading strategy in new verticals in China.
- Managing sales and customer care teams.
- Optimizing efforts with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Enhancing brand image in China and Asian markets.
- Managing the annual budget.
- Optimizing processes and policies.
- Delivering reports and analytics.
- Championing company policies and Chinese laws.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in business operations, business development, sales, or general management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing sales and customer service teams.
- Proven track record in increasing sales and revenue.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- P&L management experience and strong financial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relevant working experience in China and willingness to relocate.
- Business level proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Numismatic experience is a plus.
