Job Description
Karat, the world's largest interviewing company, is seeking a Principal Client Advisor, Acquisition (Tech) to join their Sales team. This role is focused on building partnerships with software engineering and recruiting leaders at enterprise-level organizations. The Principal Client Advisor will architect and lead transformational partnerships with global enterprise organizations across various sectors. They will own revenue targets and serve as a trusted advisor to technology and talent acquisition leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Use consultative selling techniques.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Communicate the value of the Karat platform.
  • Generate scalable revenue and exceed quota targets.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals ($250K-$1M+).
  • Experience presenting to C-level and VP-level technical leaders.
  • Strong understanding of technical recruiting or related domains.
  • Expert-level proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience using modern sales tech stack.
