Customer Solutions Architect, Dublin (German Speaking)

dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to help customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployment. This role involves working closely with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects to monitor customer health, lead technical discussions, and identify new data challenges. The Customer Solutions Architect will showcase how dbt Cloud can address customer needs through demos and workshops, driving satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.

The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product solves real problems. This role is based in Dublin and requires being in the office three days a week. Fluency in German is essential.

What This Role Involves:

• Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers and proactively monitoring their health.
• Improving customer loyalty and retention through strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
• Educating customers on new and existing dbt Cloud products and features.
• Collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.
• Being the voice of the customer in product discussions.
• Creating and delivering external-facing content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a post-sales role or as a data practitioner.
• A solid technical background with a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and SQL proficiency.
• High degree of comfort presenting to various stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Desire to be part of a team.
• Openness to travel.
• Fluency in German.
