Customer Solutions Architect, Dublin at dbt Labs

dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to help current customers gain the most value from their dbt Cloud deployment. This role involves monitoring a book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering data challenges, and showcasing how dbt Cloud can address customer needs through demos and workshops. The goal is to drive customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.

The Customer Solutions Architect will be based in Dublin and will be in office 3 days per week and must be able to speak fluent French or German. They will also act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure the product continues to solve real problems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers and proactively monitor their health.
• Improve customer loyalty and retention through strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
• Educate customers on new and existing dbt Cloud products and features.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.
• Be the voice of the customer in product discussions.
• Participate in the knowledge loop to improve processes and assets.
• Create and deliver external-facing content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a post-sales role or as a data practitioner.
• Solid technical background with understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and SQL proficiency.
• Comfort presenting to various stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to be part of a team.
• Openness to travel.
• Speak French, Spanish, Italian, or German
