dbt Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Costa Rica. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence within the sales development process, streamlining lead generation efforts, and ensuring smooth sales workflows. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in connecting with prospective customers and generating qualified leads for the Sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound outreach.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide insights on pipeline health.
  • Engage with the community and support the chatbot.
  • Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
  • Interact with prospects live on the dbtlabs.com website.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Values-oriented and shares company values.
