Business Analyst - Marketplace at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data quality, maintaining report alignment with commercial strategy, developing new dashboards, optimizing existing dashboards, running analysis to support the commercial team, guaranteeing deliveries aligned to deadlines, and identifying solutions to improve data accuracy.

The role is 100% onsite, with 25 days to work from home.

What this role involves:

• Ensuring the data quality of internal dashboards.
• Maintaining reports alignment with commercial strategy.
• Developing new dashboards to support commercial needs.
• Optimizing existing dashboards for commercial alignment.
• Running analysis and get insights to help commercial team in meetings with partners.
• Guaranteeing deliveries aligned to deadlines in backlog.
• Identity and map solutions to improve data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Ability to create dashboards in Power BI (DAX).
• Advanced Excel skills (including Macro/VBA/Power Query).
• Advanced English skills.
• Commercially focused analytic skills.
• Good communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivating.
• Spanish is a plus
