Go1 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Paris. The company is the world's largest aggregator of educational content, providing organizations with access to an extensive e-learning library. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in the company's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging conversations with decision-makers to address their online training needs.
  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) with a high volume of daily contacts.
  • Qualifying inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Securing appointments for Account Executives through follow-ups, calls, and messages.
  • Identifying key decision-makers within organizations and building trust through strong communication skills.
  • Analyzing the needs of potential clients to propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce to track lead interactions and activities.
  • Staying informed about market trends to position Go1 as the preferred training content solution for businesses.
  • Sharing insights and ideas during team meetings to improve sales and marketing processes.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with a focus on the South EMEA market (primarily France).
