Job Description
Go1, the world’s largest aggregator of online learning content, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their ambitious Sales & Marketing team in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in Go1's growth strategy, focusing on the South EMEA market, primarily France.

Role Involves:
  • Creating relevant conversations with key decision-makers to address their online training needs.
  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Securing appointments for Account Executives through diligent follow-ups and targeted messaging.
  • Identifying key decision-makers within organizations and building trust through effective communication.
  • Analyzing potential clients' needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce to track lead interactions and activities.
  • Staying informed about market trends to position Go1 as the preferred learning content provider.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Determination and resilience to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with making outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a focus on the South EMEA market (France primarily).
  • Knowledge of the HR/Training sector is a plus.
