Go1, the world’s largest aggregator of online learning content, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their ambitious Sales & Marketing team in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in Go1's growth strategy, focusing on the South EMEA market, primarily France.
Role Involves:
- Creating relevant conversations with key decision-makers to address their online training needs.
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Securing appointments for Account Executives through diligent follow-ups and targeted messaging.
- Identifying key decision-makers within organizations and building trust through effective communication.
- Analyzing potential clients' needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce to track lead interactions and activities.
- Staying informed about market trends to position Go1 as the preferred learning content provider.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with making outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in French and English, with a focus on the South EMEA market (France primarily).
- Knowledge of the HR/Training sector is a plus.
